This shop uses UPS to ship out all orders and uses Pirate Ship to fulfill postage and stamps.
All shipping procedures takes place in California. All domestic orders within the United States of America should take an estimated 1 to 7 days to reach its destination.
All international orders should take an estimated 7 to 30 days to reach its destination.
HANDLING: Please allow at least 1 to 2 weeks to process and ship your order. Orders that include preorder items will not ship until all items have become available. Check item descriptions for approximate shipping dates for preorder items.

If the package has been lost, please contact me with proof of purchase and confirmation of your original shipping address. A full refund may not be guaranteed due to the nature of the cost of shipping and/or the cost of production of goods. Please note that making a purchase means that the customer will accept any risk that may occur due to mistakes made by the postal service. Shipping costs are also higher with international delivery and out of my control.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Returns or exchanges are not accepted. If the goods are damaged, please contact via the contact form with your order number and proof of the damaged product. In most cases your complaint will be accepted, and you will be viable to have the damaged goods replaced with a new product free of charge, however a replacement is still not guaranteed due to limited stock. A complete refund may also not be offered due to the nature of the cost of shipping and/or the cost of production of goods.
